The Guide to Eplan's Subscription Consultancy

Introduction

The Eplan Subscription Consultancy is a new way to move forwards with our Consulting service. The Subscription plan offers a tailored solution for engineering professionals, providing two consulting days per year to address specific needs. 

You may decide to use one of these days to fully update your software to Platform 2025. Other uses could include asking an Eplan engineer how to best optimise your workflow, or gaining valuable everyday tips and tricks to use everyday. The subscription allows for complete flexibility without sacrificing the quality of the consultancy.

How Does The Subscription Work?

The Eplan Consulting Subscription is designed with simplicity and flexibility in mind:

• Consulting Days: you will receive two consulting days annually, which can be used for tasks like software updates, workflow optimisation, or the adaptation of your working environment to the latest Eplan versions.
  
  

• Flexible Scheduling: Services can be scheduled through Central Scheduling and could be used as a ½ day split for online work. For on-site sessions, this will use one consulting day (additional travel costs apply).
  
  

• Goodbye, Internal Waiting Times: The subscription is a one-time payment made at the beginning of the year. After the first order, there are no additional internal approval processes required from you, reducing any potential delays.
  
  

• Additional Subscriptions: Need more than two days per year? Simply increase your consulting days by purchasing additional subscriptions for the same business.
  
  

• Annual Contract: The subscription begins on January 1st each year. Your two consulting days are available to use until the end of the year, since the days will not roll over into the next calendar year.

Please Note: Cancellation of subscription must be received 90 days in writing prior to the renewal date of the 31^st December. This subscription is independent to your license subscription agreement.
